As a voting resident of Conwy County aged 70+

I would like to know where the money is coming from to pay for a 60% increase in number of Senedd Members especially when our National Health Service is in desperate need of extra cash just to maintain the current poor level of service. Ambulances should not have to queue up to unload their patients because the services available in the Hospitals are inadequate to deal with them. If information received from Nurses is true , 5 Managers per Doctor or Nurse, there are already too many people in Managerial Positions without the addition of another 60% at Senedd Level detracting from available funds for expenditure on Front Line Services
